Why have my points not been deducted after submitting a claim?

We normally take up to one (1) working day to process your donation claim.

During that time, if another reward is redeemed from your account and your points balance is insufficient, we will not be able to proceed with the said donation :(

Once we have processed your charity donation, we will reply to your email request on its status (whether rejected or successful).

You may also refer to your Ledger for any transaction history.
