Points will automatically expire after 12 months of inactivity. The points you’ve accumulated in your account will not expire as long as you complete at least 1 survey within a 12 month period. Your account will also automatically be inactivated and you will lose all points boost level earned. If you’d like to reactivate your account, you’ll have to personally submit a request to activate it. However, we will not be able to reinstate points after it has expired.
Example
- You complete a survey on Jan 1, 2020.
- You need to take at least 1 survey within the next 12 months (from Jan 2, 2020 – Dec 31, 2020) for your account and points to remain active.
- You will receive email reminders from us before the expiry date.
- If no survey is completed before Dec 31, 2020, all points will be forfeited, and your account will be expired.
