Why am I not receiving surveys?

After you have completed the initial set of surveys that is designed by us, you may receive surveys at a slower pace. Don’t worry, that’s normal. Depending on the needs of our client partners, we will do our best to send over a survey every couple of days. Some of our surveys have quotas and works on a first-come, first-served basis. Hence, we would suggest that you log into the app regularly so you don’t miss out. We also recommend that your app remains updated to the latest version to keep the surveys coming in!
